Books

Books are back in vogue, there’s an increase in reading generally in the absence of the usual distractions and a general appreciation of the pleasure to be had from a good story. Currently I’m re-reading ‘ Love in the Time of Cholera’ by Gabriel Garcia Marquez, the edition I have dates back to my time at University in America back in the late 80’s, happy days.

The world is now meeting up virtually and we are getting a peek inside peoples home, and very specifically what’s on their book shelves. Mine are something to be proud of, having custom built them to fit my collection - yes, I measured every book and arranged these in height order, and then by spine colour. Impossible to find anything of course but the visual is quite appealing.
