In June 2022 I took on the inaugural Transalp 1200, a bike ride through northern Italy, Austria and Slovenia. The 1250km event started and finished in Verona and took in the South Tirol, the Sillian and Julian Alps along the way.

Mall

Coming back from a morning ride I passed by Hammersmith Mall. Usually a busy thoroughfare along the river, nowadays all cycling and running is prohibited, the pubs are shut down and social distance markings visible on the pavement. A sign of the times.
