In June 2022 I took on the inaugural Transalp 1200, a bike ride through northern Italy, Austria and Slovenia. The 1250km event started and finished in Verona and took in the South Tirol, the Sillian and Julian Alps along the way.

Never been much of a gambler myself but I doubt my lack of custom did for this establishment. Shot on Paul St. in the deadzone between Shoreditch and Moorgate, I find a lot to love in this shot - the faded fascia type and whitewashed window with just enough reveal to make it interesting.
