The relationship with Sony BMG dates back to 2000 when I was approached to create the ‘Cigarettes and Alcohol’ compilation. I chose an iconic 70’s football image and similarly retro inspired typography for a cover which had instant appeal and proved to be one of the biggest selling compilations that year. I designed 2 more versions in the series, plus numerous other successful compilation CD’s for Sony including ‘Alternative Eighties’ and the ‘Music to Watch..’ Series.
