In June 2022 I took on the inaugural Transalp 1200, a bike ride through northern Italy, Austria and Slovenia. The 1250km event started and finished in Verona and took in the South Tirol, the Sillian and Julian Alps along the way.

Back in late April I added a photo ‘Roller’, still one of my favourites of this series. That photo was in turn inspired by a series of local lockdown photos by Sarah Lee and i’ve returned to that source for today’s image, taken in the backstreets of Fitzrovia last week.
