My trip to Park Royal was not without purpose. We are looking for a temporary studio to manage the Milltag affairs prior to moving to more permanent premises. It looks like we’ve found a good space with plenty of interesting local character that will be filling this digital space for a few weeks at least. The area is best known for the car repair shops scattered amongst the light industrial units and garages that pre-dominate. I spotted this piece of street art nearby, an homage to this noble trade - a lampost covered in the metal RAL ‘scales’, the colour swatches used to match colours on painted metal
