With the gym being shut for the past 2 months it’s time to get a bit old-school with my training regime. I can’t abide online fitness classes, well any fitness classes really but i’m quite happy to make up my own program in the back garden; 13 exercises - squats, lunges, press-ups, crunches etc, 45 secs on, 15 secs off. Repeat x3 sets. A good start to any day.
