In June 2022 I took on the inaugural Transalp 1200, a bike ride through northern Italy, Austria and Slovenia. The 1250km event started and finished in Verona and took in the South Tirol, the Sillian and Julian Alps along the way.

US election night. 4 years ago on the same day I was preparing to leave San Francisco and spent the afternoon in Noe Valley following events. It was only on landing back in the UK did we learn the result, the rest is history. Hoping tonight brings a decisive, decent decision for all my friends in the USA.
