Amaro
I’ve developed a taste for Sicilian Amaro over the course of a few trips over there, this is perhaps my favourite. The prefect post-dinner tipple.
In June 2022 I took on the inaugural Transalp 1200, a bike ride through northern Italy, Austria and Slovenia. The 1250km event started and finished in Verona and took in the South Tirol, the Sillian and Julian Alps along the way.
