Trolley

I took this photo back in dog days of August but never used it. Reading todays papers I noticed a feature on a German photographer who has spend the last 3 years documenting the discarded shopping trolleys of Berlin. ‘The waste of resources when trolleys are simply discarded,’ he says, ‘and the way most people don’t even see it, for me, is representative of our times.’
