In June 2022 I took on the inaugural Transalp 1200, a bike ride through northern Italy, Austria and Slovenia. The 1250km event started and finished in Verona and took in the South Tirol, the Sillian and Julian Alps along the way.

In November 2017 I travelled to Colombia to help establish Milltag with our agent. One of my favourite countries - stunning scenery, lovely people and cycling-mad. I rode up the Alto de Letras, at 80km the longest climb in the world, rising to over 3900m. My hardest single day on a bike, this was the scene at the top of the pass.
