Bimber

Just down the road from the studio is the Bimber Distillery, makers of a decent gin and even a malt whisky - I tried them all in a drunken tasting session a couple of years ago. Every evening I ride past trolley bins full of spent ‘mash’, the fermented grain used to make the base liquor. Some of it seems to have lept onto the building opposite too.
